Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of digital products, e-books, downloadable devotionals, journals, planners, and other instant download products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Additionally, certain physical items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please note that digital products and instant downloads cannot be cancelled once they have been delivered electronically.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or banking institution.
  3. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
